Who processes your data
The data controller is AM Tehnolog, Tanaska Rajića 25, 25250 Odžaci, Serbia. For any question about your data, write to office@amtehnolog.com or call +381 65 205 60 20.
What data we collect
- Enquiry and contact forms: name, email, phone, company name, the product you are interested in, your message and the page you sent the enquiry from.
- Website usage: Google Analytics and Google Ads record the pages you visit, where your visit came from, your device type and approximate location.
- Technical data: the web server logs your IP address and time of access for security and operation of the site.
Why we use data and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 12(1)(2) of the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- For analytics and ad measurement: based on the consent you give in the cookie banner (Article 12(1)(1) of the Serbian Act; Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.
- For security and proper operation of the site: based on legitimate interest.
Who receives the data
- Our hosting and email provider, which stores the website and delivers form messages.
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads). Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their advertising.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries are kept while we communicate about the enquiry and quote, and then for no more than two years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer retention (for example when we sign a contract).
- Google Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months.
Cookies
When you open the site, a banner asks whether you accept cookies for analytics and advertising. If you decline, Google tools run without those cookies. You can change your choice with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, and the right to withdraw consent. Send your request to office@amtehnolog.com and we will reply within 30 days.
You can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs). Visitors from the European Union can also contact the supervisory authority in their own country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the tools on the site or the regulations change. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of the page.
