The parts most often replaced
Pellet mill dies
Ring dies for the AMP-304, 420, 530 and 650, with the hole diameter and thickness to suit your raw material.
Rollers and bearings
Rollers, roller shells, shafts and bearings. Rollers and dies wear together and are best replaced in step.
Hammers and screens
Hammers and screens for AMC hammer mills, with apertures for animal feed, wood and straw.
Extruders and presses
Screws, liners and other parts for the extruders and oil presses in our range.

1
Machine model
Give us the model from the nameplate (for example AMP-530 or AMC) and the year the machine was supplied.
-
2
Dimensions and application
For a die: the hole diameter and the raw material you pellet. For a screen: the aperture size.
-
3
Photo
A photo of the worn part speeds up identification, especially for older machines.
-
4
Quantity and deadline
How many you need and by when. Parts in stock are dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Questions about spare parts
How quickly do you dispatch parts?
Parts we keep in stock at our warehouse in Serbia are dispatched within 24–48 hours. For parts made to order, we confirm the lead time with the quotation.
When should a die be replaced?
When the pellets become softer or uneven in length, when capacity drops at the same power, or when the edges of the holes are visibly worn. Die life depends on the raw material: abrasive materials, such as husks and raw material containing soil, wear it faster than animal feed.
Should the rollers be replaced together with the die?
Rollers and the die work as a pair. New rollers on a worn die, or the other way round, reduce capacity and shorten the life of the new part, so we recommend checking them together and replacing them in step.
How long does a die change take?
A die change takes 15–30 minutes. During commissioning, we train your staff to change both dies and rollers.
Do you provide on-site service?
Yes. We replace dies and rollers, and inspect and maintain the equipment we have supplied. Send us an enquiry with the model and a description of the problem.
